Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we provide a comprehensive description of the IsUMap scheme, an alternative to the UMAP algorithm which was already briefly introduced in Sect. 5.2.5 . The development of IsUMap has been presented gradually throughout the text, particularly in the Sect. 3.6 in Chap. 3 and in Sect. 5.2.5 in Chap. 5 . Here, we now offer a detailed exposition of the algorithm, directing readers to the corresponding sections for a deeper understanding of the theoretical foundation of each step.
