Today, power waste is a significant issue faced by power stations worldwide. One approach to address this problem is the implementation of lean management techniques in the energy system. Lean management aims to increase customer value and reduce waste in industries and power stations. In this paper, the authors propose a mathematical modeling approach to minimize production costs in power stations. They also utilize simulation techniques to analyze electricity transmission distribution systems. The study considers two criteria for comparison: the different costs associated with the system and the rate of energy waste during transmission. By using both mathematical models and simulation results, the authors draw comparisons between them. The analysis of test results conducted using the CPLEX toolbox of MATLAB Software 2019 reveals a remarkable decrease in energy demand costs within the electricity transmitting network distribution system. The proposed lean distribution system for solar power plants incorporates mathematical modeling and simulation techniques to optimize production costs and reduce energy waste during transmission. This research contributes to addressing one of the most crucial challenges faced by power stations globally. The findings highlight the effectiveness of lean management techniques in improving efficiency and reducing costs in power generation and distribution systems while minimizing energy wastage during transmission.

Abstract: Today, power waste is one of the most crucial problems which power stations across the world are facing. One of the recent trends of the energy system is the lean management technique. When lean management is indicated by the system, customer value is increased and the waste process in industry or in a power station is reduced. In this paper, first of all, we propose mathematical modeling to reduce the cost of production, and then the simulation technique applies to electricity transmission distribution systems. Furthermore, we consider two criteria for comparison including the different costs of the system and the rate of energy waste during the transmission. The primary approach is to use both of the models in order to draw a comparison between simulation results and mathematical models. Finally, the analysis of the test results done by the CPLEX toolbox of MATLAB Software 2019 leads to a remarkable decrease in the costs of energy demand in the electricity transmitting network distribution system.
