In this study, we focus on developing an interactive decision support system for group decision-making. Our main objective is to accurately represent the diversity of stakeholders and their behaviors within a group setting. To achieve this, we have designed and implemented a multi-agent system model that utilizes a negotiation protocol based on mediation and concession. This allows decision-makers to express their preferences using multicriteria analysis methods such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and PROMETHEE II. By integrating various multicriteria decision support methods, our solution addresses the complex nature of decision-making problems. Through the use of multi-agent systems, our system effectively represents the multiplicity and diversity of actors involved in the decision-making process. It also enables collective decision-making by implementing a deterministic message-sending protocol. Additionally, we have developed a user-friendly web interface to facilitate interaction among decision-makers during the process. To implement our solution, we utilized tools such as WampServer with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for styling purposes. For development purposes, we used IDE NetBeans with Java language. The multi-agent system and negotiation aspects were implemented using JADE. Overall, our study contributes to advancing group decision support systems by incorporating advanced negotiation protocols and multicriteria analysis methods into the decision-making process. The successful implementation of our proposed solution demonstrates its potential in improving collaborative decision-making processes within diverse stakeholder groups.

Abstract: Our contribution concerns interactive decision support systems for group decision support. Through this study, we apply to implement a decisional process aiming to represent the multiplicity of actors, their diversity, their behaviors and their interactions. In this context, we contribute to the design and development of a group decision support system. The system is modeled by a multi agents system while exploiting a negotiation protocol based on mediation and concession. This protocol allows decision-makers to express their preferences using multicriteria analysis methods, mainly the method by total aggregation AHP (Hierarchical Process Analysis) and the method by partial aggregation PROMETHEE II .
