The traditional process of redistributing funds into various financial products has been revolutionized through a financial-model-free Reinforcement Learning framework. This innovative solution incorporates the Ensemble of Identical Independent Evaluators (EIIE) topology, a Portfolio-Vector Memory (PVM), an Online Stochastic Batch Learning (OSBL) scheme, and a fully exploiting and explicit reward function. The framework is implemented using three different neural network architectures: a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), a basic Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), and a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). These models are tested in back-test experiments with a trading period of 30 minutes in the cryptocurrency market. Cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, serve as electronic and decentralized alternatives to government-issued money. Remarkably, all three instances of the framework consistently outperform other trading algorithms, securing the top positions in all experiments. Despite facing a high commission rate of 0.25% in the backtests, the framework demonstrates impressive results by achieving at least 4-fold returns within just 30 days. This research showcases the potential of deep machine learning techniques to optimize financial portfolio management strategies and generate significant returns in dynamic markets like cryptocurrencies.
