Résumé : Nowadays there is an increasing popularity for BLDC motor drives in the applications such as traction, automation etc. The digital controllers are in use for the control of BLDC motor over many years. For developing the custom designs of digitally controlled BLDC motor drive, rigorous analysis over the complete system is required. In this paper the moving average filter based current controller was developed, the design model for the BLDC motor drive which includes practical speed and current measurements are discussed. In addition, for current controller gain tuning the transfer function was derived by including the current filter dynamics. The computer simulations are carried out in MATLAB/SIMULINK software environment. To validate the analysis, the experiments were carried out in laboratory.
