Résumé : Machine learning (ML) emerged as a subfield of research in artificial intelligence and cognitive science. The three main types of machine learning are supervised learning , unsupervised learning , and reinforcement learning . There are several others, including semisupervised learning , batch learning , and online learning . Deep learning (DL) is a special subset that includes these various types of ML. It extends them to solve other problems in artificial intelligence, such as reasoning, planning, and knowledge representation.
