Résumé : This chapter describes eight steps to build own ETF hedge fund. For many investors, there now exist mutual funds employing some of the strategies that have been outlined. These will grow only in number and style. Many investors will prefer using those in lieu of either subscribing to advisory newsletters or going through the effort of implementing the transactions necessary. For those investors perhaps the mutual fund format will prove more satisfying. The convergence story mixing hedge fund strategies with ETF tools is now a reality. Mutual funds will need to compete and no doubt will be offering more hedge fund like product with many employing the use of ETFs as vehicles. It is important to remember that the choices and industry conditions are rapidly evolving. Many new products will be introduced sooner rather than later making for more choices and requiring even greater scrutiny by investors.
