Abstract According to Greek historians and the New Kingdom King Lists of Abydos and Turin, Menes was the first “human” ruler of Egypt. He is also credited with founding the new capital city of Memphis at the apex of the Delta. He is associated with the historically known royal names of either Narmer or Hor‐Aha.

Pemanfaatan sistem pakar sering digunakan dalam bidang medis, terutama untuk diagnosis penyakit kolesterol. Dalam perancangan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit kolesterol menggunakan faktor kepastian adalah meminta masukan gejala yang dirasakan pasien dengan cara periksa atau hapus centang pada gejalanya, kemudian output yang dihasilkan oleh komputer di bentuk identifikasi pasien, diagnosa penyakit kolesterol atas nama yang dialami oleh pasien disertai dengan definisi, gejala, dan juga nilai CF (Faktor Kepastian). Perancangan sistem pakar ini menggunakan perancangan berbasis objek, dengan menggunakan Analisis Sistem Input, Proses, Output, FOD, FOS, Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Kamus Data, hingga Desain Input Output. Penggunaan database menggunakan database MySQL, PHP 5 untuk bahasa pemrograman dan software Sublime Text 3 sebagai teks editor. Maka dari itu, hasil dari analisis ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dinamakan Sistem Pakar Penyakit Kolesterol yang kemudian akan menghasilkan laporan data pasien penyakit kolesterol di klinik difa.

It was Dr Margaret Murray, my predecessor in charge of the Flinders Petrie Collection of Ancient Egyptian Antiquities, whose 100th birthday we look forward to celebrating this year, who encouraged me to re-study as many as possible of the antiquities found at Hierakonpolis; for she holds that the original publication was, as is not surprising, inadequate by modern standards. We have in the Petrie Collection two pieces of large yellow limestone macehead (UCI4898 and 14898A). They have hitherto been considered to belong to the same macehead, being published by Quibell and Green as the first of three great maceheads, of which no. 2 is in Cairo and no. 3 in the Ashmolean at Oxford. It is not surprising that our two fragments should have been thought to have come from the same mace, for the subject of the relief decoration on each is the conquest of the Pigtail people, and both are of yellow limestone. But I am indebted to my artist, Mr W. Masiewicz, who drew FIGS. 1 and 2, for drawing my attention to points indicating that they are not from the same macehead.

Abstract Ha.lo.pep.to.nel'la. Gr. masc. n. hals , halos salt; N.L. neut. n. peptonum , peptone; L. fem. dim. ending ‐ ella ; N.L. fem. n. Halopeptonella , a halophilic bacterium that grows solely with peptone. The genus Halopeptonella , classified within the family Ectothiorhodospiraceae , and within the class Gammaproteobacteria , currently consists of a single species, Halopeptonella vilamensis . It was isolated in pure culture from the sediment of a hypersaline Andean lake located at 4,600 m above sea level (Laguna Vilama, Argentina). The cells are Gram‐stain‐negative, nonmotile, non‐spore‐forming, heterotrophic, and strictly aerobic rods. Colonies are pink, circular, smooth, convex, and pinpoint. Cells are halophilic, capable of growing at NaCl concentrations from 7.5 to 25% (w/v). Cells grow in media containing tryptone or peptone as sole carbon and energy source. Require yeast extract, sodium, and magnesium but not potassium ions for growth. DNA G + C content (mol%) : 64.2 (genome). Type species : Halopeptonella vilamensis Menes et al. 2016, VL168.
