## Summary

In the era of Agile methodologies, organizations are constantly seeking strategies to effectively scale development across teams. This has led to the emergence of various scaling strategies, such as "SAFe" and "LeSS", with some organizations even developing their own methods. To address the gap in knowledge regarding their impact on Agile team effectiveness, a study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of Agile teams using different scaling methods. The study focused on factors like responsiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and management approach. A total of 15,078 Agile team members and 1,841 stakeholders were surveyed for their insights and experiences. The data collected was then subjected to statistical analyses. The results revealed only minor differences in effectiveness across the various scaling strategies that were evaluated; thus indicating that organizations should select a scaling strategy based on their unique culture and management style rather than expecting one particular method to guarantee superior team effectiveness. By considering factors like culture and management style when choosing a scaling strategy, organizations can optimize their Agile practices and enhance overall performance.
